1. Global Entity & Legal Scope
This Universal Service Agreement is entered into by GlobeTier Infrastructure Solutions, a multi-national entity registered and operating in Chile, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Egypt. By utilizing globetier.com, the "Customer" agrees to these professional standards and jurisdictional regulations.
GlobeTier operates with global integrity, ensuring high-performance infrastructure backed by multi-regional legal compliance.
2. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) & Content Constraints
To maintain peak performance across our network, all hosting plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy:
- Web-Only Storage: Hosting accounts are intended for active website files. Use of accounts as personal cloud storage or remote backup repositories is strictly prohibited.
- File Size Threshold: Individual file uploads are permitted up to 1 GB. However, keeping persistent large files (e.g., raw media archives or massive database dumps) in the hosting file manager is not allowed.
- Scalability Options: Customers requiring massive data retention or high-capacity file handling should provision a GlobeTier VPS or a dedicated Storage Box to ensure dedicated resource allocation.
3. Payments and Multi-Regional Billing
Fees are determined by the selected plan and billing cycle. As a global provider, we support multiple currencies relevant to our registered offices (USD, GBP, CLP, EGP).
- Late Payments: Services not paid within the grace period may be suspended. Data retention for suspended accounts is not guaranteed beyond 15 days.

4. Responsibility & Conduct
The Customer is legally responsible for all content hosted under their account. GlobeTier reserves the right to terminate services without notice if content violates the laws of any of our operating jurisdictions (Chile, USA, UK, Egypt).
Professionalism: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Any abusive behavior toward GlobeTier staff will result in immediate service termination without refund.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction handling the service billing (USA, UK, Chile, or Egypt). Parties agree to mediation before pursuing formal litigation in international courts.
