GlobeTier Infrastructure Solutions (“GlobeTier”) offers a limited 30-day money-back guarantee only for Annual Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans.
To be eligible, the refund request must be submitted via a support ticket within 72 hours of the initial service activation. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notice:
- The 30-day guarantee does NOT apply to monthly subscription plans.
- Services activated following a free trial period or promotional period are strictly ineligible for any refund.
- Refunds apply only to the first-time purchase of a service; renewals are non-refundable.
Due to immediate resource allocation and third-party upstream costs, the following services are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances:
By purchasing these services, the client acknowledges that the costs are final and not subject to reversal or store credit.
Clients may request to cancel their services at any time through the GlobeTier Client Portal.
Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining period of an active subscription. Upon cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of all services and the termination of the client account. For legitimate refund inquiries, please contact our billing department at:
